Our Policies
We’re here to make sure your visit is smooth, enjoyable, and full of good hair days. Here’s what you need to know:
Service Info
- 
Some looks take time! Certain results may require multiple sessions or additional services.
 - 
All service prices listed are starting points and may vary based on hair length, density, texture, added services, and your stylist’s experience.
 - 
If you have extensions, we’ll need to do a consultation before booking your service.
 - 
Running late? If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule at our discretion.
 - 
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services to keep the day running smoothly for everyone.
 
Cancellations & No-Shows
- 
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
 - 
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a Late Cancellation.
 - 
Late Cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged the total amount of their appointment.
 - 
We’ll send appointment reminders by text and email 3 days, and 48 hours in advance.
 - 
Not confirming your appointment doesn’t count as a cancellation — so be sure to reach out if you need to make changes.
 
Service Adjustments
- 
If something feels off, let us know within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
 - 
Depending on the situation, additional charges may apply.
 - 
To request an adjustment, please reach out to us directly via phone or email — we’re here to help.
 
Gift Cards
- 
Available in both digital and physical formats (based on location).
 - 
Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be redeemed for cash. We’re not able to replace them if lost, stolen, or damaged.
 - 
Unless otherwise noted,they expire within two years.
 - 
They can be used for services or retail purchases — just show your card at checkout.
